WHAT FOOTWEAR SHOULD I USE?Field Locations: Pleasant Valley Soccer Field - turf shoes ONLY (no cleats permitted) All other outdoor locations: Cleats permitted. Indoor Futsal location (Redline Athletics/Sports Academy): - Turf / Futsal shoes(no turf shoes permitted)

HOW DO I PURCHASE AN ELITE SOCCER PERFORMANCE JERSEY?Nike ESP Dri-fit training jerseys can be purchased on arrival. Payment can be made via cash or Venmo. Youth ($30) and adult sizes ($35).

DO I NEED A WAIVER TO PARTICPATE?Please have your child submit 2024 medical release / waivers on arrival. This waiver will cover your child for any training with us during 2024. All waivers must be printed off signed, dated and return the first day of our program. In order for your child to participate, all waivers must be completed.

WHO WILL BE IN MY CHILDS TRAINING GROUP?Players will be divided into groups based playing experience stated in your application. If a player is not an appropriate fit for their training group, we will do our best (numbers permitting) to change the group so they have fun, challenging and enjoyable experience.

DO I NEED TO STAY FOR THE FULL DURATION OF THE CLINIC?No, once checked in, you are free to leave and pick your child back up once our training comes to and end.

CAN I STAY TO WATCH MY SON/DAUGHTER?Yes, you are welcome to stay and watch your child train. We request that parents stay off the playing field and do not coach, instruct or yell from the sidelines however good your intensions.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?Due to so many fixed costs with our camp/clinics (facilities, insurance, coaches' contracts etc.) and with us having limited spots available on our camp/clinics, we have strict no refund policy unless the program has to be postponed or cancelled.

WHAT IS YOUR WEATHER POLICY?On an hourly basis we strive to make informed decisions based on weather forecasts and radar readings to benefit the children attending our camps and programs. Unfortunately, predicting the weather is not a perfect science and while we endeavor to make the correct call, we know that we can't please everyone all of the time. Our camp will continue in the event of light rain or passing showers. If weather conditions are deemed unsafe, unplayable or closed by the facility, the camp may be postponed for the remainder of the day and you will be required to collect your child from the camp. We will inform you of the decision via email and our staff will stay at the complex until all players are collected.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF A THUNDERSTORM?In the event of thunderstorms, the program will be suspended until the storm passes. Lightning storms are unpredictable so a 30-minute rule is enforced on all our Soccer programs. 30 minutes will be counted from when the last strike of lightning was seen. If the storm passes, play will continue. However, if the storm continues the program may be postponed/cancelled and you will be required to collect your child from the program.
